The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:

Novobel Trade Union GmbH
Rothenbaumchaussee 112

Represented by its managing director, Mohammad Reza Azarno
Email: info@your-trip-partners.com

2. Scope of this website

This website provides information about the planned Your Trip Partners offering. Orders and payments cannot currently be processed through it. There are no customer accounts or newsletter subscriptions. We do not use a contact form. You can contact us by email.

3. Hosting and technical access data

We use the services of STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, to provide this website.

Accessing the website generates technical connection data. This may include an IP address, the time of access, the page or file requested, technical browser and operating system information, and a referring page transmitted by the browser. These data are processed to deliver the website, protect its operation and investigate technical faults or abusive access.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure provision of our website. STRATO processes data on our behalf under an agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

According to STRATO, the IP addresses of visitors are stored for a maximum of seven days in order to detect and fend off attacks. In the log files STRATO makes available to us, the IP address or host name is shortened: part of the address is replaced by a hash value that stays the same for at most 24 hours. These log files are available to us for a maximum of six weeks.

STRATO also provides us with aggregated access statistics, for example on the number of page views and of accessing computers and domains. They cannot be switched off in our hosting package. We do not draw conclusions about individual persons from them. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of our website.

4. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address, the contents of your message and any information you voluntarily provide. This may include your name and other contact details. We use this information to handle your enquiry and related correspondence. Our business email accounts are provided through STRATO.

For enquiries relating to entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We handle other enquiries on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding appropriately to messages addressed to us.

We delete the data once the enquiry has been resolved and they are no longer required for the relevant purpose. Where statutory retention obligations apply, we retain the relevant records for the legally required period. Data needed to establish or defend specific claims may be retained until the matter is finally resolved. Statutory retention is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; protecting our legal position is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Please do not send us full payment card details or security codes.

5. Cookies and external content

This information website does not use analytics or advertising pixels, newsletter services, embedded maps or videos. No affiliate tracking links are included. No access to or storage of information on your device requiring consent is intended to be initiated by us for the information website described here.

6. Recipients and transfers

Where necessary for technical operation, our hosting and email service provider and authorised technical administrators have access to the data needed for their tasks. Data are disclosed to authorities or other bodies where required by law. No transfer initiated by us to recipients outside the European Economic Area is planned for the website described here.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. You also have a right to data portability where the relevant conditions are met. You can contact us at the email address above to exercise these rights.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Right to object: Where your data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You may object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is the relevant authority in particular for businesses based in Hamburg. Information and contact details: https://datenschutz-hamburg.de/

8. Provision of data and automated decisions

Access to the website is technically possible only if the necessary connection data are processed. Contacting us is voluntary; without a reply address, we may be unable to respond to your message. No automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects, including corresponding profiling, takes place on the website described here.
