General Terms and Conditions for the Planned Sale of Vouchers

Date: 5 November 2026

Current status

Sales through this website have not yet been enabled. The following terms describe the intended sales model. Orders cannot currently be placed and purchase contracts cannot be concluded through this website. Before sales begin, these terms will be finalised to reflect the actual offers and the final ordering and payment process.

1. Seller and scope

The provider and seller of vouchers offered through Your Trip Partners is Novobel Trade Union GmbH, Rothenbaumchaussee 112, 20149 Hamburg, Germany, registered with the Local Court of Hamburg under HRB 186769, represented by its managing director Mohammad Reza Azarno, email: info@your-trip-partners.com, referred to below as “Novobel”.

These terms govern the purchase of vouchers from Novobel. Individually agreed provisions and mandatory statutory rules take precedence over these terms.

2. Subject of the voucher sale

Novobel sells vouchers in its own name that it has previously purchased from partners and that are issued by the respective identified partner. The contract for the purchase of the voucher is concluded with Novobel.

The issuer, service partner, voucher content and conditions of use are stated in the respective offer description. A voucher may represent a monetary value or a specifically described service. The characteristics stated before the order is placed apply.

The underlying hotel, restaurant or other service is provided by the respective identified service partner. This does not affect Novobel's own obligations under the voucher purchase contract or the purchaser's statutory rights.

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

Once sales are enabled, Novobel will display available offers and their applicable conditions. The display of an offer does not itself constitute a binding contractual offer by Novobel.

Customers can review and correct the information displayed during checkout before submitting an order. By clicking the final “Order with obligation to pay” button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the vouchers listed in the order summary.

Novobel automatically accepts this offer upon successful completion of payment. The customer receives confirmation of the concluded contract by email. A mere acknowledgement of receipt of an order before successful payment does not constitute acceptance. No contract is concluded through this process if payment fails or is cancelled.

The available contract languages will be stated during checkout. The contract text and applicable contractual terms will be sent to the customer by email or as an email attachment. A customer account is not required to make a purchase.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros. The total price displayed before submission of the order applies, including applicable taxes and fees. Any additional costs or amounts payable to the service partner will be disclosed within the offer before the order is placed.

Available payment methods will be shown during checkout. The purchase price becomes due when the contract is concluded. Technical payment processing depends on the payment method specified during checkout.

5. Delivery of the voucher

Following successful payment, the voucher will be provided using the method and within the delivery period stated before the order is placed. Customers must enter the information needed for delivery accurately and contact Novobel if delivery does not occur.

6. Validity and redemption

The voucher must be redeemed with the identified issuer or service partner under the redemption conditions stated before the order is placed. These conditions specify, in particular, validity, any reservation requirements, availability, excluded dates and other material restrictions.

The offer description states whether a voucher is transferable, can be used in instalments or can be combined with other offers. Availability for a particular date is promised only if expressly included in the offer.

Redemption conditions cannot retrospectively restrict the purchaser's rights agreed when the contract was concluded. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Delivery or redemption problems

If a voucher is not delivered, is invalid, is refused for redemption or a promised service is cancelled, customers can contact service@your-trip-partners.com. Please provide the order number and a description of the problem.

Novobel will review the complaint within the scope of its own contractual responsibility and coordinate its resolution with the issuer or service partner where necessary. Entitlement to remedies, termination, price reduction or reimbursement depends on the circumstances and applicable law. An internal agreement between Novobel and a partner does not, by itself, exclude the purchaser's statutory claims against Novobel.

8. Right of withdrawal and voluntary cancellation

Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights unless a statutory exception applies. The withdrawal information and model withdrawal form applicable to each offer will be provided before submission of the order and transmitted with the contractual information.

The mere electronic delivery of a voucher does not automatically exclude or extinguish a right of withdrawal. Whether a statutory exception applies to a particular offer depends on the actual subject matter of the contract.

Novobel does not offer general voluntary cancellation or rebooking rights beyond statutory rights. Any different options expressly promised for a particular offer remain available. This does not restrict statutory rights relating to defects or failures of performance.

9. Statutory remedies and liability

The statutory rules apply to defects in the voucher sold by Novobel and to Novobel's liability. Identifying an external issuer or service partner does not constitute a blanket exclusion of Novobel's responsibility.

10. Affiliate offers

Links labelled as affiliate offers lead to offers from external providers. Such a link does not constitute a voucher sale by Novobel. Each relevant listing identifies the external provider and explains the contractual relationships. Contracts concluded there are subject to the terms of the relevant contracting party. Any statutory obligations of Novobel remain unaffected.

11. Governing law

Contracts with Novobel are governed by German law. For consumers, mandatory protective provisions of the country of their habitual residence remain applicable insofar as they cannot be excluded by a choice of law under the applicable rules. Statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
